Re-purposed orphaned speakers, in wooden cabinets with a mesh screen front. The speaker cone is removed, small sculptural devices are installed, rotated with a very slow motor. These mechanisms, constructed from metal, wood, etc are illuminated with a small lamp and emit a cycle of repetitive sonics. The mesh front is reinserted, and the speakers are grouped alongside two monitors. The result is a babbling, subtly shifting sound piece which also becomes a shadow cinema. The back-lit silhouettes are cast onto the mesh screens in each of the speaker cabinets.
